&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;12 ounces dry ziti pasta  &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;3 tablespoons olive oil  &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;1 onion, chopped  &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;1 red bell pepper, chopped  &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;2 cloves garlic, minced  &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;1 pound kielbasa sausage, sliced into 1/2 inch pieces  &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;12 ounces sauerkraut, drained and rinsed  &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;2 tablespoons prepared Dijon-style mustard  &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;1 pinch cayenne pepper  &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;1/4 cup white wine  &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;How To:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;1) &lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta, and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, or until al dente; drain.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;2) Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook onion and bell pepper in oil, stirring frequently, until onion is tender. Stir in garlic and kielbasa, and cook until kielbasa begins to brown, about 8 minutes. Stir in sauerkraut, mustard, and cayenne; cook about 4 minutes more. Stir in wine and parsley, and heat through&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;3) Toss ziti with kielbasa and sauerkraut, and serve immediately.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;2 tablespoons butter &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;salt to taste&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;How To:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;1) &lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Place the squash, cut sides down, in a baking dish. Add 1/8 inch water in baking dish, cover with foil and bake 35-40 minutes or until tender. Cool.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;2) In a large saucepan, melt butter. Add onion and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally until onion is softened but not brown.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;3) Scrape the squash out of the flesh and add to onions. Add the stock and heavy cream. Cook over moderate heat, stirring occasionally, about 25 minutes.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;4) Puree the soup in a blender or food processor. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;3) Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until cooked through. Meanwhile, cut the baguette in half lengthwise, and remove some of the bread from the inside to make a well for the meatballs. Brush with olive oil, and season with garlic powder and salt. Slip the baguette into the oven during the last 5 minutes of the meatball’s time, or until lightly toasted.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;4) While the bread toasts, warm the spaghetti sauce in a saucepan over medium heat. When the meatballs are done, use a slotted spoon to transfer them to the sauce. Spoon onto the baguette and top with slices of provolone cheese. Return to the oven for 2 to 3 minutes to melt the cheese. Cool slightly, cut into servings, and enjoy!&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;1 1/2 lemons, juiced &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt; 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;1/2 cup minced fresh basil leaves  &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;3 cloves garlic, minced  &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;salt to taste&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;white pepper &lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;to taste&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt; 3 pounds fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined  skewers&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;How To:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;1) &lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;In a shallow, non-porous dish or bowl, mix together olive oil and melted butter. Stir in lemon juice, mustard, basil, and garlic, and season with salt and white pepper. Add shrimp, and toss to coat. Cover, and refrigerate for 1 hour.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;2) Preheat grill to high heat. Remove shrimp from marinade, and thread onto skewers. Discard marinade.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;3) ightly oil grill grate, and arrange skewers on preheated grill. Cook for 4 minutes, turning once, or until opaque.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;1) Place potatoes, onion, and cubed ham in large stockpot. Cover with water. Cook until potatoes are almost tender.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;2) &lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;When cycle is complete, let dough rest on a lightly floured surface. Meanwhile, in a large pot bring 3 quarts of water to a boil. Stir in 3 tablespoons of sugar.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;3) Cut dough into 9 equal pieces, and roll each piece into a small ball. Flatten balls. Poke a hole in the middle of each with your thumb. Twirl the dough on your finger or thumb to enlarge the hole, and to even out the dough around the hole. Cover bagels with a clean cloth, and let rest for 10 minutes.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;4) Sprinkle an ungreased baking sheet with cornmeal. Carefully transfer bagels to boiling water. Boil for 1 minute, turning half way through. Drain briefly on clean towel. Arrange boiled bagels on baking sheet. Glaze tops with egg white, and sprinkle with your choice of toppings.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;5) Bake in a preheated 375 degree F (190 degrees C) oven for 20 to 25 minutes, until well browned.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;55 g butter &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;115 g chopped walnuts (optional)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;How to:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;1) Place chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter or margarine in large microwaveable bowl. Zap in microwave on medium until chips are melted, about 3-5 minute, stirring once or twice during cooking. Stir in nuts, if desired.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;2) &lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;Pour into well-greased 8x8-inch glass baking dish. Refrigerate until set.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;30 g all-purpose flour&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;2 eggs4 garlic cloves, minced&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;2 g chopped fresh thymesalt and ground black pepper to taste&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;vegetable oil for frying, or as needed&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;How to:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;1) &lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crisp, 3 to 5 minutes. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain; let cool and crumble. Reserve bacon drippings in skillet.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;2) Combine crumbled bacon, potatoes, flour, eggs, garlic, thyme, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;3) Pour vegetable oil about 1/4-inch deep into skillet with bacon drippings and place over medium heat; heat until the oil and bacon drippings shimmer.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;4) Gently drop potato mixture by heaping tablespoon into hot oil and flatten potatoes into small patties about 3 inches in diameter. Cook until browned, about 3 minutes on each side.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;18 slices bacon &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;680 g baking potatoes, peeled and sliced &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;135 g shredded fontina cheese&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt; salt and pepper to taste&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;How To:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;1) Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;2) Coat an 8 inch round baking dish with the butter. Arrange bacon in a spiral fashion in the baking dish, draping ends of the slices over the pan edge to fold over filling.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;3) &lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;Arrange 1/3 of the potatoes over bacon, and sprinkle with 1/3 Fontina cheese. Repeat layers with remaining potatoes and cheese, and season with salt and pepper. Fold bacon over filling to form the upper layer.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;4) Bake uncovered in the preheated oven 1 hour, or until potatoes are tender. Drain any drippings, and cut into wedges to serve.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
